In the Coach section,
choose from a variety of short and long exercises based on the themes
of the Warm Up section. You can also attempt the "Total Workout" in the
Coach section to obtain a broad spectrum of tests and skills. Brain
Fitness will also track your progress on the Warm Up exercises and will
assign "Weak" and "Strong" areas to your tasks in the Coach area.
